Purpose:

Manage the activities of the assigned team to maintain the equipment and general services in excellent condition, complying with the corresponding quality, manufacturing, productivity and safety standards, as well as ensure that everything, processes, personnel and equipment remain validated by managing the capacity of the processes. and resources to meet estimated demand at the lowest possible cost.

Responsibilities:

Build the master plant maintenance plan with the maintenance planner.
Coordinate with the production manager the plant stoppage program to comply with the maintenance program.
Quantify compliance with preventive and predictive plant maintenance, prepare root cause analysis with action plan when maintenance is not met.
Compliance with maintenance KPIs with cause analysis root and action plan for deviations.
Ensure that machinery, systems, infrastructure and equipment function optimally and reliably. Compliance with the objective of unscheduled stops.
Perform and supervise audits of the maintenance process.
Ensure staff training on equipment operation and maintenance procedures.
Acquisition, testing, commissioning and inventories of components, accessories or specialized accessories.
Generate the annual Budget, monitoring monthly expenses.

Requirements:

Mechanical, Industrial, Electromechanical, or Related Engineering (Essential experience in corn or wheat milling, Oats), with 10 years of experience; preferably with a Master's degree.
Proven leadership, continuous improvement, advanced excel, SAP, 5S, inventory control, personnel management, continuous improvement indicator management.

Propósito:

Administrar las actividades del equipo asignado para mantener los equipos y servicios generales en excelentes condiciones cumpliendo con los estándares de calidad, fabricación, productividad y seguridad correspondiente, así como asegurar que todo, proceso, personal y equipos se mantengan validados gestionando la capacidad de los procesos y recursos para cumplir con la demanda estimada al menor costo posible.

Responsabilidades:

Construir con el planeador de mantenimiento el máster plan de mantenimiento de la planta.
Coordinar con el gerente de producción el programa de paradas de planta para el cumplimiento del programa de mantenimiento.
Cuantificar el cumplimiento del mantenimiento preventivo y predictivo de planta, elaborar análisis causa raíz con plan de acción cuando no se cumpla con el mantenimiento.
Cumplimiento de los KPI´s de Mantenimiento con análisis causa raíz y plan de acción ante desviaciones.
Garantizar que la maquinaria, los sistemas, la infraestructura y los equipos funcionen de manera óptima y confiable. Cumplimiento del objetivo de paradas no programadas.
Realizar y supervisar auditorías del proceso de mantenimiento.
Asegurar la capacitación del personal sobre los procedimientos de operación y mantenimiento de equipos.
Adquisición, prueba, puesta e inventarios en servicio de componentes, accesorios o accesorios especializados.
Generar el Budget anual, seguimiento a los gastos mensuales.

Requisitos:

Ingeniería Mecánica, Industrial, Electromecánico, o Afín (Experiencia indispensable en molinería de maíz o trigo, Avena), con 10 años de experiencia; preferentemente con Maestría.
Liderazgo comprobado, mejora continua, excel avanzado, SAP, 5S, control de inventarios, manejo de personal, gestión de indicadores mejora continua.
